Having a couple days off from teaching at the Wind Ninja Academy, Tori was helping Kelly out at Storm Chargers. She was stocking the back room and checking out the new shipments that had come in. In other words, Tori was doing Dustin and Hunter's jobs. Part of it, at least. There was no way she was touching the bikes that needing repairing.

Besides, Dustin was in the back trying to find parts for his bike. He'd take care of whatever repairs were needed.

Surfboard repairs, on the other hand? She was all over that. Especially since Kelly gave her the go ahead. She might have been a little excited about that. And laughed a little when Kelly said she should start paying her, given how often Tori was in the shop.

Figured I'd throw this up there while I can.

I'll be spending a good portion of the day in New York City and I don't have internet access on my phone, so it'll be slow play from me as far as the alumni reunion and AU!kids go.

I should be home some time in the evening, hopefully? I have no idea what we'll be doing in the city as we're playing it by ear, so yeah. Timeframe's a little sketchy.

Marah and Kapri wanted to take her shopping.

Tori was afraid. Very afraid, given her first experience with their so-called fashion sense. Yeah, it wasn't pretty. Then again, they were trying to get rid of her for Lothor. They'd come a long way since then. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad?

Tori could only hope.

It might not kill her to go along with them. If only because it would provide some amusement after a long day. She could always count on Marah and Kapri for that. And, if it turned out to be horrible? Worst case scenario, Tori could fake an excuse and ninja streak the heck out of there. No harm done. Right?

Just in case that didn't work, she was bringing Cam along. Because he still owed her one for that acne face wash stunt.

Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

[Because I was bored and couldn't resist. Mostly establishy. Unless people want to call or something. Maybe rescue her from this shopping excursion? Please? ><;]

Tori couldn't believe it was the end of May, all ready. How time flew.

Yesterday, Tori and the guys had presided over a class of graduates. Some of their students were likely to become senseis like them. She knew a few who were heading to the Thunder Ninja Academy, to assist Hunter with a new batch of recruits. Most were staying on at the Wind Ninja Academy. She knew Shane and Dustin were looking forward to the help.

Since the previous day was quite long (though not without some fun), Tori had opted for some alone time. Translation: a day at the beach. The surf was looking good and there was no way Tori was passing that up.

She'd hit the beach early and was now relaxing on the sand. Watching the sun set over ocean was something she'd never get tired of.

[Mostly establishy, but open for phone calls and whatever else might come along.]

Someone out there was having a good laugh at Tori's expense.

Somehow, Dustin -- the turtle, not her yellow clad BFF -- had managed to get out of his habitat. Tori was at a loss as to how, because there was no way a turtle Dustin's size should've been able to escape.

But, it'd happened. Funny how this wasn't the strangest thing to happen to her, and yet, it felt like it.

Tori knew there was a good chance Dustin could be anywhere. Given his size, she seriously hoped he hadn't gone far. Though, his size meant he could hide just about anywhere. That would explain why there happened to be four ninjas and one samurai combing every inch of Tori's place, calling out to the tiny turtle.

It was going to be a long night.

Tori had been feeling restless and a tiny bit bored sitting home. Which was why she'd decided to take a short road trip to Ocean Bluff.

She missed Jungle Karma Pizza's pizza, okay? She'd been meaning to go back, since she and Conner had tried it out that one time, but life had been busy. Tori had a break and she wasn't go to waste it.

Putting her order in with the owner (and boy, did he remind her of Dustin -- she had a feeling they get along well), Tori took to walking the streets for a bit. She had some time to kill before her pizza was ready. Maybe she'd stop by the bookstore, see if there was any titles that caught her eye.

Tori had quite a long day, her time having been divided between teaching at the Wind Ninja Academy and then conducting research at the library, on starting a business. Tired and looking forward to curling up in bed and sleeping until tomorrow, Tori really didn't expect to find her place a complete mess.

And a young boy to be the cause of the disaster. "TORI! HI!"

"...can I help you?"

"You don't recognize me?" He looked hurt. "You were gone all day and I woke up hungry and I didn't like the tube of smelly stuff on the counter, so I ate other things instead! Please don't be mad?" He was giving her the puppy dog eyes

"Oh, you have got to be kidding me." That would be Tori facepalming. "Okay, Dustin, let's get you cleaned up." Somehow, Fandom was to blame.

Tori still didn't know what to make of the odd conversation she'd had earlier at the Perk. She'd only stopped in for some coffee. She honestly had no idea what the hell he'd been going on about.

Shaking her head, Tori flopped down onto her bed and decided to see if there was anything worth watching on television. Maybe she'd try and find Sheppard tomorrow, see what that whole conversation was about.

[OOC: Mainly establishy, unless visitors want to stop by!]

Tori was writing out some notes on a few of her students, making a mental note to talk with them later. Not that they were in trouble or anything, she just thought a one-on-one session might do them some good. She didn't want them to fall behind the others. Tori knew what that was like and she wanted to spare them the embarrassment and teasing.

Kids could be cruel sometimes.

Realizing she should probably eat something, Tori idly wondered if Jungle Karma Pizza delivered to Blue Bay Harbor. Then again, she could always go pick it up. Even if she got reprimanded by Sensei Watanabe for misuse of her powers. Oops?

[OOC: Open to phone calls, e-mails, surprise visits, whatever. Someone entertain me? I'm a little bored at the moment.]

Tori had been up for a while now. She'd woken up early to hit the waves before heading over to the Wind Ninja Academy to observe her students as they went through their tests. Today had been a fairly easy day. Then again, Tori wouldn't be surprised if something sudden happened to disrupt it. Wouldn't be the first time.

After the test, she'd returned home and was now relaxing, if only for a moment. She was considering hitting the beach again. Hey, she was a surfer after all! The waves called to her, okay?

[OOC: Open for phone calls, surprise visits, whatever. I iz bored. Come play? *entices with cookies*]

Tori was currently sitting in Ninja Ops, cherishing the break in between classes. Her students were making vast improvements and she couldn't be more proud of them.

It had been quite a weekend, that's for sure, and Tori was glad for the quiet. She knew Fandom graduation was coming up and there was no way she was going to miss it. She just needed to figure out which one of the guys could cover her classes for her.

That might be a bit tricky. Tori checked her phone's calendar, wondering how she was going to pull that off.

Surprisingly, the place had stayed pretty clean. Tori hadn't had to do much, except organize a few things here and there.

Now, all she needed was a guest.

The gift exchange between Tori and the guys had since finished. There had been a good amount of food leftover from Christmas Eve, so no one had gone hungry, thankfully.

Clean up had gone particularly well, too, considering all the wrapping paper that had been scattered about. The boys had been nice enough to help before slipping out to head back home. It had been a nice, relaxing holiday.

Now, Tori was just hanging out, fiddling with some of the gifts she'd received.

Tori had had an awesome time at the Homecoming carnival today. She got to catch up with her friends and enjoy some great food.

Now, she was headed out to the dance. This was definitely a weekend to remember, that's for sure.

Making sure her hair and her dress looked right, by double checking once more in the mirror, Tori grabbed her purse, ready to have a fun night.

Tori stood in the doorway, looking around the room. She didn't like how bare it looked, since all her things were packed and ready to go.

Even though she knew she needed to go, Tori didn't want to leave. She'd handwavily sent out an e-mail to her friends, letting them know she was leaving today.

That way, she'd said goodbye if she couldn't see them before leaving.

She was definitely going to miss this place.

[OOC: Tori's last room post. *sniffles* She's leaving Fandom. *sads* Post somewhat earlier than intended, due to slowplay and timezones and what not. If you think you got an e-mail, you definitely did! :D]

Tori had heard the radio broadcast last night and was all kinds of happy today. Umbridge was gone! That was cause for celebration!

Except, Tori wasn't exactly celebrating. She was packing some more, since she was leaving in four days.

That wasn't going to be fun. Not at all.

[OOC: So very open!]

Tori was in her room, staring at all of her stuff.

She was trying to figure out where she was going to put all of it, how to make it easier to get back home.

And really, it wasn't going to be easy with Dustin and his tank. Nope, no way.

Even if she still wasn't leaving for a little while, these things needed to be sorted out.
